Priceless Cleaners opened its first location in September, 1991. Two months later, after answering an ad in The Sentinel, I joined Priceless as the Plant Manager. It was a perfect marriage, the owner had all the knowledge of Business and Marketing (and having the money didn’t hurt) and I had the experience, 16 years of it, at the time I started.
We have always focused on being a Quality Dry Cleaner and offering Exceptional Customer Service. We have been voted “Best Dry Cleaner” by you, the public, in 2 different local newspapers. The Sentinel also did a story about our Customer Service, and how more small businesses should follow our lead. We understand that your clothing is very special and personal to you, that is why everything we do is based on one simple question, “Is this the best way to do this?”, assuring Quality through every decision.
